RESERVATIONS & BOOKING
To inquire about availability for your dog(s) vacation, please fill out our reservation form.
To finalize your dog's vacation dates, please call our booking line (403-266-1400).
This is to confirm space on the Mutt Bus & to book a bath if wanted (*a separate service provided by Launder-a-Pet).
The MuttBus does NOT travel on Tuesdays or Thursdays (unless they precede or follow a stat holiday), so we can spend more time with the dogs.
If you want to drop off or pick up your dog at the Retreat, you can schedule a time between 1:00 & 4:00 pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays/weekends/holidays (except Christmas day).
Regretfully, since Covid and the crisis that rescues are currenty in (over full & under staffed), we are unable to give tours of the facilities in order to give the kennel clients & rescue dogs additional outside play time.
*This service is ONLY available if you are picking them up from the Calgary location.
